Feeding Guide:

TO SERVE AS A MIXER: Simply mix the desired amount of freeze-dried food into your dog’s bowl while reducing their

other food portions accordingly to avoid overfeeding or visit nutrience.com and use our online food calculator.

TO SERVE AS A COMPLETE MEAL: Feed amount indicated below. Serve as is or rehydrate by adding one-part warm water to two-parts freeze-dried food. Discard any uneaten, rehydrated food after 2 hours. Keep the bag sealed for maximum freshness. Wash hands before and after feeding. 

DAILY FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS - ADULT (cup/day):                                            

4.5 kg (9.9 lb): Normal Activity: 1 cup; High Activity: 1 1/3 cup 

10 kg (22 lb): Normal Activity: 2 cup; High Activity: 2 1/3 cup 

15 kg (33 lb): Normal Activity: 2 3/4 cup; High Activity: 3 1/3 cup 

20 kg (44 lb): Normal Activity: 3 1/2 cup; High Activity: 4 cup 

GROWTH AND REPRODUCTION (refer to High Activity column): Puppy size: up to 50% of predicted adult body weight, provide 2 X the adult amount for current weight. Puppy size: 50-80% of predicted adult body weight, provide 1.75 X the adult amount for current weight. Puppy size: 80-100% of predicted adult body weight, provide 1.25 X the adult amount for current weight. For Gestation provide 1.25 to 1.5 X the adult amount, and for Lactation provide 1.5 to 4.5 X the adult amount (depending on litter size and week of lactation).

TRANSITIONING TO NUTRIENCE: It is important to gradually transition your dog from one food to another so as to avoid stomach upset. Start with a proportion of 25% Nutrience to 75% old food. Slowly change the proportions over the next 5 to 7 days by gradually increasing the amount of Nutrience and decreasing the amount of the old food.
