PRETTY PAW warrants all snow boots to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase, when purchased online or from an authorized retailer. Warranty only covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused during its use, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If the boots are found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Pretty Paw will repair or replace the product with the exact same model/size at their discretion. Pretty Paw is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.
